Rich was the first and going forward, the only Sleep Expert we will buy from for our Family mattress needs.

We are comfortable sending our children to his O’Fallon, Missouri showroom on their own. Rich is honestly a very fair and trustworthy individual!!

Our time was managed well by setting us up with beds to try as long as we needed to ensure our purchase was stellar. Rich was able to greet customers entering and still maintain focused on our needs at hand.

We ultimately purchased our new mattress from Mattress Firm and were very happy with the price we paid.
