I don't even know where to start! I called the store for store hours and promos , Josh greeted me and was very knowledgeable of promos and other programs throughout the store. Later in the evening my husband and I visited the store where we met Lisa, we were floored by the over the top knowledge she had from pillows, sheets , mattress overall sleep the importance of a good sleep system. Hands down would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a good sleeping system.. this store is highly professional and knows their stuff. Thank you so much for all your help! David And Erica!

I went in unsure about which mattress I wanted and within 10 minutes peter and josh found the right mattress for me and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Then quick and easily set up a delivery date. Also just really friendly workers to strike up conversations with while the system runs through credit.

Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the different types of mattresses. My wife and I came in on Nov 11, Josh spent over an hour with us. We came back on Nov 19 to purchase the mattress. Josh remembered us & spent another hour with us going over the two mattresses we were going back and forth on. He even threw in some free sheets for us.
