I was referred to Mattress Firm by a coworker and I was not disappointed. Larry is an outstanding sleep expert, and he will ensure that you get exactly what you need. No pressure. Larry was very patient and knowledgeable about every mattress in the store. I was hesitant to spend more than I wanted, but he worked with me on that as well. I ended up getting a mattress that was a little too firm, and he was willing and able to assist me with the exchange process. It was quick and easy. I highly recommend the Mattress Firm for your mattress needs.

I'm happy to say that I've had a really good first impression of this place. I went around to all of the different mattress stores today and looked at various models, but Larry pointed out a floor model that they were trying to get rid of. We were able to work out a solid deal, I'll update this review if anything changes but so far I'm quite pleased 😀

I really appreciate it when a salesman doesn't follow me around the store. I did a really good job of quickly explaining the differences between the models, and then leaving us alone to try them out. The place right before I was trying to try out some models on this guy came out and started insisting that I needed a pillow to properly try them out and to lay on each one for 5 minutes while he stood there. We'll see how delivery and installation goes but for now this is a solid 5-star

We would recommend this store. They have name brand excellent quality mattresses. We purchased a top of the line Beauty rest mattress. Patrick, our sales rep was amazing. He has a great personality and knowledgeable. We got everything we wanted and more at a good price. If you go to this store, ask for Patrick

The salesperson Lexi was friendly and very helpful. We found a new mattress and box spring that fit our budget. The delivery was arranged for the same week and they have free haul away of the old pieces. Great experience!

Larry was very knowledgeable and able to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs. We were interested in upgrading our base; Larry explained all the different models for us without any pressure to go for top models vs what works best for us.

The store had great sales, and we were happy with the price and quality of the products not to mention the time you get to try the mattress out and if you don’t like it you can swap it out. We definitely would recommend stopping in SLO and working with Larry for your sleep needs.
