Exceptional experience purchasing a new mattress here. Hank and Anthony were extremely consultative, genuine, and thoughtful in helping us make a decision. They carry a great range of brands that fit all budgets and sleep styles. The new store in Santa Monica is also very modern. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: they are also amazing with returns/exchanges. We wanted to try a slightly firmer mattress after two months on our new one. It was super simple and hassle free to make the exchange! Exceptional customer service!

First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!

Had a great experience thanks to Cam and Chris. We went into the store hoping to buy a Birch, and Cam offered alternatives based on what was in store. At the Santa Monica store, we found a mattress we really liked and purchased it same day. Chris, the owner, called the same day to make sure we were taken care of and included a box spring and pillows with our new mattress. We took delivery of our new mattress a few days later and are incredibly excited! Upgraded from an Amazon memory foam to the very luxurious cloudtech thanks to the great team here!

Don’t go to the big chains, come here instead. We made a bunch of trips to the local big chains and left each time feeling like they were just trying to sell whatever had the highest price point. The selection at these big chains were super limited and based off of our research, all brands that people would warn against. Mattress shopping started feeling really stressful.
We finally decided to make the drive in LA traffic to check out Mattress Home & Style based on their reviews and the countless hours spent on Reddit that suggested a variety of brands that we didn’t see at these big chains. Mattress Home & Style ended up having a lot of the brands that Reddit suggested (which I trust more than review sites where reviews are bought).
