Walked in explained what we were looking for and the salesperson was super helpful. We went at 4pm on a Thursday so we were in and out in under an hour. They had so many choices in stock! We could have had it delivered but we would have had to wait until Monday. We decided to do the pick up at warehouse option because we were in a bit of a hurry. They even took our old mattress at the warehouse. Awesome service would highly recommend.

I went into the store and told the sales person, John, that I was looking to replace my king size bed with a queen but needed an affordable mattress. He was very helpful and I was able to purchase a bed. The customer service was great!

The people at SleepFit are extremely helpful, John went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered (since this was my first time doing this on my own, after moving into my new apt.)! So John walked me thru the whole process- it was very easy to understand! Probably in Jan. 2025, I'll start making payments on my new bed (even though I won-t be able to get my new bed until it's completely paid in full)- that is totally okay with me!! I wouldn't want it any other way!! And my new bed is even less expensive than I was planning on (so it's a win-win situation for me, all the way around)!!
