I needed a custom mattress for an antique daybed. Gabe was great. He walked me through the selection process and helped me choose the right mattress. They sent a crew to my house to verify all the dimensions and in less than two weeks they delivered the mattress. It fit perfectly and the mattress felt great. Just what I was looking for. Every person with whom I talked or asked questions was very helpful. My entire bed, adjustable frame & mattress was a rush irdet & done without extra charge. They also explained about the different cores well. Have an excellent guarantee too. The delivery guys were very pleasant and were certainly careful carrying away the old and bringing in the new upstairs.

Best experience buying a mattress! Maria was wonderful! We tried all the different mattress. I like mine firm and my husband soft. So she showed us how we can achieve that. We really liked that this is a family owned business. With all the big companies out there and so many mattress being mass produced, it was nice to be able to touch, feel, try out and have things explained to you in person. We even had our pillows made right there and then. We didn't bring enough quarters for he meter but they had some to spare. There was water to keep us hydrated and coffee if you'd like. We got the mattress, sheets, protector, pillows and the bed frame. We can't wait to get out new bed and mattress!

Our in-store visit in La Mesa was extremely educational, because of Pablo. We took three hours there and picked out a mattress and base. They were delivered on time by two very conscientious gentleman. They set it up so fast, and explained how the remote worked. If you are looking for a bed, I highly recommend Mattress Makers.
