Poor quality LEDs in outdoor lights. Keep going out. Even though LED and power supply are easily removable they don’t sell them as parts. Just the whole unit. Won’t cover under warranty as they were installed by builder. Avoid and find something better quality.

Bought a dining room light from maxim lighting. After a month from instalation half the light stopped working. Started an email exchange with customer support (Matthew to be precise). The replies have been fast and professional. The replacement part was covered by warranty. It got delivered in 5 days. Installed it an it works flawless. Excellent customer support. Will definitely look up first what Maxim lighting has when I'm shopping for new lights. Highly recommended.

I contacted the company to see about getting replacement parts for my fixture that had broken during transport. Matthew was outstanding in Assisting me with getting the replacement pieces. I want to praise Maxim Lighting's customer service. I emailed and spoke with Carol Bean regarding the failure of one of our under-counter light fixtures. A little out of warranty and a discontinued product, I was having no luck finding repair parts for it. Maxim no longer supplied parts either, so Carol graciously offered to send me, not 1, but all 3 updated fixtures so they would match. I offered to pay for the other 2 but she refused to allow it. I am very pleased whenever a company looks at the situation their customer is in rather than the letter of their warranty. This accommodation was greatly appreciated. Thank you Carol, and thank you Maxim.

We have the under cabinet lighting. Wonderful product. We have 13 units of the lighting in 2 different rooms. Beautiful lighting, with 3 options of color and intensity option as well. One unit malfunctioned after 2 years and the customer service was excellent to replace it.
