I just had Mayan Landscape finish my front and backyard plus all the fencing and gates. I feel so fortunate to have been able to connect with Bryan at Mayan. I was at a loss on how to clean up, irrigate, select plants and design the landscaping. Bryan did it all, and at a very reasonable. He is smart, honest, and just an incredible person to work with. He and his crew are masters at their craft!!

Bryan, Dennis and team are AWESOME! I sourced 5 quotes for my job and picked their bid. I was very happy with my decision.

Bryan showed up on time to the estimate and sent over the quote in a timely manner.

On the day of the job, I received a text from Bryan asking permission for the crew to show up EARLY!! They showed up an hour early and that was crucial because they were able to complete the job that I thought would take 2 days, in ONE DAY!!

Very responsive to contact, prepared a thorough estimate for three separate fences with option to do any one fence or a combination. When asked about start date and duration, was given several options to choose from, including a very near-term start due to another customer's delay. We chose to immediately do the highest-priority fence by itself immediately, and Mayan delivered a quality redwood fence and gate (65 feet) with a start date two days from contract signing and completion 2-1/2 days later. Great job and highly recommended.

I very highly recommend Bryan, Dennis, and the team at Mayan General Construction. They are responsive, efficient, flexible, and trustworthy. And I want to highlight that last item, trustworthiness. It is so important to be able to trust that the bids will be reasonable, that the work will get done right, and that requested changes will be accomodated. They have been great in all of these ways. I already have future work that I plan to have Mayan General Construction do.

BTW - when doing an internet search for them, you might want to use "Mayan general construction santa barbara", otherwise you could get other companies that start with the word Mayan.

Dennis and his crew were amazing! I’ve gone through a couple of landscaping/construction companies because I’m very picky about how I like my home worked and none have done exactly what I’ve wanted but Dennis was amazing! He tended to all my desires for my home. I started off my asking him to work on my yard and garden and he made it look exactly like I wanted! He then informed me that he also does decks/roofing and I had him repair my old deck and its a beautiful place that I get to relax on everyday. He’s my go-to when I need work done on my home. Very kind, does everything within a timely manner but with excellence, and for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend!
