Contacted customer service before placing my order and they confirmed that NO STYROFOAM PACKAGING was used to pack ANY of their bed frames. I ordered the basic platform bed, Queen size, and it is packed with a lot of styrofoam. I went out of my way to find a sustainable company, and this one is not. Styrofoam is not recyclable anywhere. I won't buy from a company that uses it. Why LIE to people? Just tell the truth you're wasting people's time and money. SO lame.

The welding on two of the vertical supports on our steel bedframe was so poorly done, that the actual welds snapped after only a couple months of use, customer service is non-existent, company is refusing to honor their warranty, and will stop returning emails as soon as all information is provided.

Please, do not buy anything from Mellow-home or from Best Price Mattress, they are one-in-the-same and have some of the worst business practices I've ever seen.

The motor on my $1,000 adjustable bed base died in less than 3 years and there is absolutely no customer service. They do not return emails or phone messages. They also don't answer thier phones.

I purchased my base through Wayfair and they are no help either. I found that they have a store on Amazon today and there are a lot of complaints about the motors failing and them not providing the warranty.

Best Price Mattress and Mellow are both shady and don't take responsibility for thier cheaply made products.

Do not trust these people. They do not honor warranty claims. The slats supporting my sofa broke from normal sitting in 8 months and despite providing ample evidence of the poor workmanship, they simply ignored the warranty claim filed. This company is irresponsible and greedy.

If you need a replacement part (rubber end cap to protect floor from the tubular steel frame), forget it. They don't sell replacement parts. The end caps are a non-standard size, so forget finding them elsewhere. They directed me to WalMart for a floor protector. I wasn't expecting the part for free. I also wasn't expecting such a lack of customer service.
