EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. We spent over the top money and got worn, stained, torn, old decor. Picture provided is one of many but shows that their designer looked at this disgustingly stained cushion and still used it? Designers NO, but a low quality rental, over priced, and designers from I don’t know where they were trained? Apartment use only.

Absolutely horrible people.
I paid for everything, let me say that again, I paid for every everything!
The delivery people show up to my house at 7 AM, I get to my house at 10:30
At 10:45 I go through my home and I see nothing has been installed.
So I ask someone overseeing the job what’s going on and she tells me they will not unload the truck because we have painters on the other side of The house, even though she offered to Send the painters away for a couple hours until they were done with their installation of the furniture.
When I went up to talk to them, they told me they couldn’t do it, so I simply took two of the boxes off of the truck that were sitting at the very end of the truck on the ledge.
I never even got inside the truck because it was too high and couldn’t get up there.
These guys were so offended by that they closed the door to the truck and started to leave even though their boss told them to unload the truck.
I immediately went to the front of the truck so they wouldn’t leave with the furniture that I paid for, and desperately needed and do you know what these people did?
They called the sheriffs department because they said I pushed one of the guys?
Forget that there were six of those delivery guys and I’ve got three rips in my shoulder and one rip in the other And can barely lift my arm and that there were by now a handful of painters and the person in charge of my job standing outside, witnessing the entire thing.
I even took a video of the incident.
The sheriff asked me to turn around and come back and so I immediately did so.
By the time I got there, the sheriffs knew immediately, after interviewing everyone, that it was nothing more than a lie and that clearly didn’t push anyone
The sheriffs finally asked these guys to unload my furniture from their truck
That was 12:30…. I’m still shaking.
These are simply the most horrible people I have ever had to deal with,and at 57 years old, that is saying a lot.

Furniture cheap looking for an apartment on Central Park West. I was not allowed to choose style of furniture I preferred after paying in full. My broker and I were very disappointed. Do not use this company!

What a great experience! The team knew exactly how to stage my house to make it look desirable and giving you that luxurious feeling, but at the same time the feeling of home. Exquisite! My experience with this company was horrible. For the price they charged there should have been more care into the design of my home. My home was transitional and they staged the house very modern and beachy. In addition they took something that belonged to me. I do believe this was done unintentionally - but they said they couldn't find it in the warehouse and they refused to pay me for the replacement of this item - so bottom line they stole from me. Their attitude was condescending and down right rude. In addition their furniture was stained, glass pieces dirty and one picture frame was full of termites. They left my house a mess with holes and hooks in the walls, and marks on the walls. There is a reason they want to be paid in full before they stage your home. Be aware!
