We went to every furniture store on Western before deciding on Mi Casa Furniture to get our couch. I kept changing my mind on how I wanted our couch to look and Nestor took the time to explain all of our options in detail and give us his professional opinion on what would look best, last over time and meet our budget and lifestyle. We ended up going back 3x before finally deciding on what we wanted and Nestor welcomed all of our questions each time. He helped us put together my favorite features of his grey and red display couches and build this velvet blue sectional that would fit perfectly in our space and be kitty proof. It took 10 days to make and deliver our custom couch. Now that it’s here I can say It’s everything I dreamed it’d be!! Nestor is an amazing and experienced business owner selling good quality American made furniture at half the price you’d get online from big name stores. I’ve recommended him to all of my friends and recommend him to you.

This place worked out great and got me exactly what I needed and was able to get it delivered for me the very next day! I was treated just as I had hoped and was given the assistance and patience I needed to make my decision. The owner was genuine and kind and wanted me to be happy with my choice, I never felt pressured at all. The two couches I got we're perfect and exactly what I ordered! I'll definitely go back again!

Service was top tier professionalism at its finest. Receiving both furniture pieces on time even a day earlier couldn't have made me more satisfied. Installation of these pieces was quick and made my space feel like a home. Nestor absolutely went above and beyond with the service 10/10.

UNPROFESSIONAL!
Based off of my expierence I would NOT recommend. Here's my story:
I placed an order online for a bed frame and waited for nearly 2 weeks to have it delivered to the store. They do not have good communication to their customers so I had to call them to get an update on my order. I called on a Monday and they said they could deliver my order on a Thursday between 1pm-3pm, we agreed. Come to Thursday it's 1pm they hadn't contacted me. So I called, they answered and said I would get a call back soon. 30 minutes later I called back and asked what's going on. We talked for a few and agreed they would be delivering between 6pm-8pm.
In short they never came at agreed time and didn't call me to notify me they couldn't make it at said agreed time.
Poor customer service, poor communication.

Have purchased a couch and mattress from this place and it’s always 10/10 experience. They’re always trying to hook you up with a deal if they can, very fair and helpful. Will definitely go there for my future furniture needs.
