Where to start? The job cost $475 and the customer paid an extra $100 for new foam. There was no batting. I could have done a better job myself and I barely know how to thread the machine. There was no piping along the front......this is a project my neighbor has been working on and I went to see the progress. He was devastated. Mike's only gave him back $400 so he essentially ripped him off $175 and he CLEARLY did not use new foam. In the pictures you can see along the back where they just shoved block chunks of old foam in there. The "workanship" is soo shoddy I can't even begin to explain. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Don't be conned by this guy. He was provided with the upholstery and leather.

Very disappointed! I was charged $175.00 for leather sofa cleaning and they returned my sofa dirtier than before. Worker Miguel and helper, dropped off my sofa, collected their money and left. Didn’t notice my dirty sofa until after they were gone. I called him and he made excuses that he wasn’t finished. Never did he mention that when he came to drop off my couch and charged me for it. Also had a hole in the back that wasn’t there before!

Mike went above and beyond to replace my sofa cushion cores. The old, tired foam was killing my back and he came to my house minutes after I called him to pick up the cushions. He rapidly returned them laundered with new foam for a great price. I would absolutely work with Mike again.

he got sick and was in the hospital his daughter closed the shop she took my leather rocker recliner I spent $2,000 reupholstering and never gave it back to me and blocked her calls and daughter super dishonest can't trust them
