Millbury is a great company with very professional and helpful employees. I found the same product online on different company websites but shipping time was 2-3 weeks so Millbury was able to ship my item the same day and I received it in 7 days. That shipping time made a big difference. In addition Janet from customer service / sales team was very helpful. Answered all my questions via phone and e-mail. I will definitely purchase from this company again!

Great customer service...a rare find these days!! I changed my mind on the original bed frame I ordered because I was thinking about getting a larger bed. I was able to cancel with a simple email. When I made my ultimate purchase, the bed frame shipped out faster from Millbury Home than other competitors could get it out (including Wayfair). When I couldn't find the assembly instructions I emailed Millbury after hours one evening. They responded within 2 hours with an attachment of the instructions. It was so nice to deal with a responsive company for a change!! Thank you for a great experience.

We ordered a king size upholstered bed online and had a horrible experience with FedEx which is not Millbury Homes’ fault. After contacting customer service, they took care of us with compassion and understanding. They sent a new bed and arrived far earlier than the original shipment. I first purchased a mattress from Millbury Home and love it so much so I decided to go back and purchase a bed that would go with the mattress. Both the mattress and the bed are of high quality. I got the latex mattress, and I am just so glad I have finally found a mattress that could reduce my back pain. I have had this mattress for 3 months now and have not gotten any major complain for my back! This is really a company with great products 🙂

I am not one to order furniture online but considering I live in a remote area I ordered my setee. Very happy with the delivery process and the delivery man asked me to open the container since it was slightly broken but the sofa was in perfect condition. We followed the directions for set up and had it completed in about 2 hours at most. The linen fabric is in perfect condition and all pieces fit correctly. The sofa is comfortable and easily moveable. I would definitely recomend ordering from Millbury Home. Great company and prompt response time with all questions I asked.

They sold me the wrong headboard and then have not answered any of my calls and emails and hang up on me when they find out its me. DO NOT order from here.
