Excellent work, reasonably priced for auto upholstery. Originally, I was going to attempt to DIY repair the seat cushion on my old Audi, but re-uphostering turned out to be way above my skill level. Ming's was able to replace the torn leather on my disassembled seat cushion at a reasonable price. Really nice family run business.

We had four kitchen chairs recovered here. Liked the work so much we had two additional miscellaneous chais done. Mings has a wide variety of fabric available at their location to choose from or you can go next door to Joann's fabric and get what you want.

Very happy with the result but their communication and customer service needs much improvement. This is why I marked them down. first off when I called the the recording states that you can email and send pictures to get an estimate. I did that and never heard anything. A week later I walked into the shop. Picked out material and ordered. Received a call roughly 2 weeks later brought my ottoman in since they had my material. I was told that it would be ready by the middle of the next week. I was in the area and checked in at that time. It had not even been started and was told that it should be ready by the end of the week. Never heard anything. I called on Monday (Oct. 16) and was told that it would be ready around 2:00 PM. I arrived right before closing time and do you think that it was ready? HA!! The woman was very apologetic and every time gave excuses about being "very" busy then offered me free delivery as a compensation. The quality of work is phenomenal but I think that I will be taking my work somewhere else I the future.

Excellent customer service, excellent work, friendly, helpful customer support. They did some repair work on custom made leather couches I bought in 2000. They look and feel like new! I'm taking a leather chair of mine in now... can't wait to get it back.

I had five leather cushions reupholstered with fabric. They turned out great. They even repaired the cushions that were 15 yrs old and they are back to their original form. Elsie was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service. They do get busy but she met the promised deadline. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

The upholstery job was fantastic but it took forever and we had to call for status EVERY step of the way. They are nice but customer service i.e. calling the customer to let them know if their item is ready, could be better.
