Gary is awful! Totally unprofessional and unhelpful. It has been a complete disaster dealing with Modani for my purchase of furniture. We have waited 6 weeks to get our furniture and it came broken. Then Gary ordered a replacement piece to arrive a week later and the piece was missing the screws that it needed to be put together. I called Gary to complain, not only did he not offer any solutions, he also hung up the phone on me twice. I have to apparently wait 3-4 more weeks to get a piece delivered to me. I don’t understand why they can’t just overnight the screws for the piece that is here so that I don’t have to wait 3-4 weeks. It is so ridiculous that I have to deal with incompetent unprofessional employees that can’t do their job.

I have had the worst experience with Modani Furniture. They have been delaying the delivery of my order for THREE weeks now, after I paid them a significant amount of money. They have treated me with complete disrespect, constantly passing me from one department to another without any coordination. Each department blames the other for the delay, and no one takes responsibility. Meanwhile, I’m stuck without furniture, and my home is uninhabitable – I have no place to sleep or eat because I’m still waiting on their failed delivery. This company is an absolute nightmare, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

We had a problem with the table mechanism. Gary, customer service rep, sent a technician to repair; however, he was unable to correct the problem. Immediately, Gary contacted us to provide options for the table. His prompt service was a great experience

Unbelievable Disappointment - The Worst Service I’ve Ever Experienced
Modani , you are an embarrassment to the furniture industry! I ordered basic furniture so I could have a place to sleep and eat, and you keep delaying the delivery without any valid explanation. Every call to your customer service ends with pathetic excuses and zero solutions.

It is unacceptable that someone who paid upfront and relied on your promises is left without a bed to sleep on or a table to eat at. I feel deceived, disrespected, and completely let down.

If you’re considering buying from them – spare yourself the nightmare. Horrible customer service, complete lack of professionalism, and no care for their customers. An absolute disgrace.

Horrible experience, exceptionally poor customer service with Edwin, Jose the store manager.I went into the store to see the swatch color for a lounge chair that is only purchased online.Edwin showed me the swat h color which was a white color ,so I like it and bought 2, along with 6 other furniture pieces.When my furniture arrived, the color of the lounge chairs were nowhere near what was shown to me in the store.The color was more of a brown a beige color.Plus 2 other furniture pieces arrived broken.I was told to contact the store, which I did.The next day, I called and spoke with Edwin and he said I should contact customer service.I then called customer service and explained that the color of the chairs were not the color that I was shown at the store and therefore I wanted to return those items, along with the other broken pieces of furniture. I was told by customer service in Miami, that unfortunately, there was nothing they could do and would be charging me a 20 percent restocking fee.I then called Edwin to let him know what they had said and told me that he would let his manager know and that someone would call me.Two weeks went by and no call.I called back to follow up and long story short, Jose the store manager said that unfortunately there was nothing they could do to stop them from charging me the 20 percent restocking fee.Now ,,I'm being charged over 1000 dollars.Please be aware - shop anywhere except MODANI...

I recently purchased a furniture from them and experience has been horrible.
One, after I purchased a protection plan for additional cost, they did not provide me with guidelines or any contract of the matter, they told me they’d give me a text and email about instructions which they never did so I needed to call them two times again to get that on my end.

Second, my delivery was scheduled for Thursday, but did not get a timeframe even the day before, I called them to figure out my time frame and they told me it would be scheduled for 11am-1pm, and now its scheduled for 3pm and they haven’t gave me a single call or text about this getting delayed (and I have to get to work 2:30pm)
and their call center Josh was just being “sorry it happens because of traffic and road closures. theres nothing I can do” what a freakin customer service, if you live in LA u know theres traffic. Like honestly don’t order from this place and save ur self some peace.
