We had the pleasure of working with Rose Sypkens (owner and designer) and we are incredibly happy with the outcome! Rose is amazing and transformed our living and dining room into an elegant yet functional space for our family. It has been five months since we received our custom furniture and we absolutely love it! Rose has an impeccable eye for design and she delivered in every detail of the space from the lighting, wall mirror, curtains, art, plant, rug, and centerpiece. We trusted her completely when picking out fabric (colors, designs and textures) and she used her expertise to deliver a product that was better than we could have imagined. The quality is incredible and we are 100% satisfied with the entire experience!

We were in the market for a new Kitchen Table/Chairs for over a year. We finally selected a Table and 6 chairs (Moe's Furniture). Next step was finding a Distributor of this furniture from a Store/Company who had affordable & fair pricing but, most important, who were honest and had excellent Customer Service. We were pleasantly surprised when we found Rose from Model Home Accents. Throughout the buying and delivery process, Rose was consistently professional, personable and communicative the ENTIRE time. Anymore these days, this is a rarity. It's obvious that Rose cares deeply about her customers and she absolutely knows how to treat people with care and respect. Our only regret is that we wish we would have found or known about Rose & Model Home Accents a year ago when we moved into our new home! For future purchases, we will ALWAYS check in with Rose because we cannot imagine ever buying from anyone else!

We met with Rose and ordered custom couches for our home. She was very helpful with design suggestions including the addition of accent rugs. We really appreciate the extra effort she put into The rug selection as she met us at a vendor to help select exactly the look we wanted. Rose kept us informed of the status of our orders throughout the process. She personally came with the delivery to ensure everything came together as we had discussed. Her delivery staff were kind and professional. We have since gone back to see Rose for a wall mirror for our dining room and again received the mirror within the time she quoted. We are very pleased with our experience at Model Home Accents and continue to receive compliments on the decor she recommended.

I am not one to write a review however, inlite of a few that may discourage you to visit, I needed to express our experience(s). Yet again Rose killed it! If you are looking for a fantastic experience- look no further. I am not fond of shopping.... however, Rose makes you feel welcomed and makes the decisions easy as can be! My wife an I purchased a table back in 2019 at her old location an today, just purchased a couch an love seat. Again, I hate shopping.. but this was the easiest 3 hours I have ever spent shopping with my wife! When you go into Model Home Accents you have to understand, you will be buying a piece of CUSTOM luxury furniture.. made in the USA! You can choose depth, color, material etc. You will not pay the custom prices! One word of advice,  take pictures of your rooms as Rose will help you on color and other details that you could add to help achieve your (in my case my wife) desired look. Support local as much as humanly possible. Rose will make this enjoyable as this is her true passion an it shows. Thank you Rose, an we look forward to doing more business in the future!

We ordered a custom couch from Rose last October (2019). We had been in to see her a couple of times prior, and really loved it and couldn’t wait for it to arrive. Rose went over all our options and gave design suggestions given the remodel we were doing. She kept us updated regularly on our order status and went above and beyond in delivery by coming with them to ensure our satisfaction. While we were waiting for our couches, she met with me to help order custom rugs and runners.

Here we are a year later and we still LOVE our couch!! We will definitely be back for more items for our home! Thank you Rose!!

Rose is amazing I've been following her for 3 years and I've been waiting for my husband to get on board with buying new living room set so finally tonight we made it to the showroom in Natomas .Rose takes you through the whole process of designing your own one of a kind furniture !The length of the couch ,color and textures! It was exciting and fun ordered tonight!! Can't wait until furniture is delivered I will be posting photos soon!

It Only Takes a Spark

In the midst of a pandemic my sister and I have found a true angel. Rose is a true professional. Her customer service is far beyond any I've experienced in any furniture store. Her prices are phenomenal and the quality is outstanding!! I would purchase from her again and again. I'm surprised and disappointed at the rigidity of people who expect her to make miracles happen in regards to the delays with shipping during this pandemic. The entire country is experiencing delays with shipping!!! There are just some things she has no control over. I am however, willing to wait for an outstanding product. I am an Extremely satisfied customer and I would encourage any one who is looking for any home decor, staging or interior design to look no further. This is the Right Place!!!!
