Modello tile studio provided us with an exhaustive and curated selection of ceramic and porcelain tiles for remodeling our powder room and guest bathroom. Cihan and team showed expertise and guided us to make thoughtful selection to ensure we choose tiles that are gorgeous but also easy to maintain at the same time. He gave us all the data points with clear pros and cons to help make us an informed selection. We initially had thought of using Marble stone a lot due to their past popularity but Cihan introduced us to us some amazing Porcelain tiles that had the look of Marble but provided the strength and stain resistance. He also got us samples in just a few days to ensure we take them home to test in our home lighting. He gave us tons of catalogs to get some design ideas based on our preferences rather than hiring a dedicated designer, it was so much more fun that way.

He even went out of his way to bring tile samples to me so that we could compare them to my vanity countertop. His expertise as an architect and designer shines in his work. Beautiful curated selection of tiles, an amazing and warm customer service, and most importantly a great sense of design sense from Cihan (the store owner) took my 3 bathroom remodeling to next level

I first entered this store 12 months ago, I never thought that I would be visiting this store many times in future. Cihan and team did a great job in collecting our requirements and preferences of colors, vibe, existing layout, etc. He sat down with us multiple times to brainstorm possibilities of our bathroom layout based on our learnings and requirements. He is a wizard on his 3d modeling software, I specifically enjoyed and benefitted from his magic. One of the best thing he did was to encourage us take samples home and try, this was a game changer and we never realized how the lighting in homes vs store can make a difference. His amazing customer service didn't end after the purchase after I needed a few more extra tiles, and he whipped them up in no time.

This store is lot more than just the tiles or countertops, its Cihan's wisdom and learnings that make a real difference in having beautiful but practical space of your dreams.

Had a great experience with Modello Tile & Countertop Studio. I had ordered my slab well before I needed it and they held onto it until we were ready for install. Cihan was great with communicating and responding to any questions I had. The fabrication and install was great. They did an excellent job and the seams are amazing, you have to really be looking for them to notice. I would definitely recommend and if I have any future countertop needs, I will go back!

Great tile store with quality tiles. Great example of quality vs quantity. Not the biggest tile store you'll find, but definitely the best selection of quality tiles. The store is evenly lit with great lighting for viewing the tiles on display. The store owner is very friendly and helpful. My wife spent hours there on different occasions and Cihan (the owner) was always helpful. We had to pick shower tile, shower floor tile, and bathroom floor tile. I appreciated that Cihan wouldn't just agree with our choices but gave us his honest feedback. In talking with him I found out that his biggest priority is that the customer loves the job when it's finished. We couldn't be happier with the choices he helped us make. We love our new bathroom.
