The shop is not open during their advertised hours. It is appointment only which you wouldn't know until you drive here since it's also not written on their website.

True to their name they feature lighting that is fresh and contemporary. The pricing I observed was also in line with what I would expect to see anywhere you can find so many options that are handmade completely in the USA. I would certainly recommend stopping in because much of what they offer are more than a light fixture, they are artistic design elements that really bring an entire aesthetic together. This store also features lighted numbers for your home or business that several people I know have been searching for.

I arrived at the store twice, since the (internet) advertised hours are not adhered to. The sales person was not there either time. Once I make it inside the store I decide on a light fixture that has the price advertised (on the light with a tag) as $207.90. I can't order since the salesperson is not there. Finally, I call the store when I'm told the salesperson will be there so that I can order the 207.90 light. I reach the salesperson by phone to order the light, the salesperson informs me that the price on the hanging tag attached to the light is not an updated price. The actual price is $319.00. They will not honor the tagged price on the light in the store. The store Hours of operation are not as advertised, the product prices are not honored as reflected on the price tags. Bad experience. Waste of time. I purchased elsewhere.

i wanted to buy our lights at Home Depot; wife wanted something "special" for the dining room. I have to admit the store is awesome even for a heathen like me. Sales staff was super knowledgeable never pushy. Met the owner. Very nice guy. Listened to us, well my wife, and provided great guidance. Prices were actually quite compared to the online options.

Love this place! My fiance and I had been looking for almost a year to find a new light for the two-story entry way of our home. We had almost given up hope when we decided to give it another try. I picked out three local-ish stores and we went to see them all. After being disappointed (again) at the first two stores, Eichen's was our last stop. Boy, were we glad to see such a diverse and different selection of lighting options than we had seen anywhere before! We found a terrific light by Kuzco Lighting that we both loved. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as was the owner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Eichen's!!!

Beautiful showroom akin to a gallery. Upscale fixtures by designers. Parking available. They will match Internet pricing for same item available from an authorized seller.
