Mountain View Auto Interiors - Jimmy and Orlando, owners - This company was recommended to me by Helmings Auto where I have my older minivan serviced. It was one of the most positive and memorable customer experiences I've had in a long time and I highly recommend their services. I had the following things done:
repair of a 3rd row seat whose cable had broken thereby preventing the seat which stows into a well from being operational as such, installation of a new seatbelt, a drivers side armrest fixed and a leather seat panel replaced (and matched beautifully) on my drivers seat. Orlando's efficiency, attention to detail and obvious competence were evident from the start. More specifically, he didn't rush un-necessarily but worked diligently (we've all seen people who worked at a snail's pace). I watched him do a couple of the smaller jobs from my front seat as it made more sense to wait than leave and return. His attention to detail and pride in his work were always front and center. These seats are more complex than they look and tough to get at trust me. I wouldn't attempt this at home after seeing just how complicated it could get. Orlando's above mentioned attributes coupled with an overall great attitude makes him a stand out in not only his chosen profession but in his customer service relations. There's a reason why there was a Maserati parked in his and Jimmy's shop. Work ethic, no problem, check that one off too.

Bob is a great resource for all types of upholstery and convertible tops. He replaced my Porsche Boxster top. Their prices are fair the service and skills of Bob's team are amazing. I highly recommend this shop.

Switches on my seats died. They installed new switches and even picked me and dropped me off. Did it in one morning. Highly recommended. I will used them again for auto upholstery repair.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been to Bob's shop once before, and he was decent. Job was fair. However, this goaround was much more unpleasant. I booked an appointment for this morning. I showed him the job and he gave me an intital quote. When I came for the appointment today he did not remember me, my appointment, and when I inquired about the price he BLEW UP on me. He began cussing and saying how much he hates my model of car, an audi. He proceeded to lose his cool did not continue business with me. I told him he will not receive any further business from me and I will NOT refer him to anybody else. Worst customer service experience ever.

I have a much older 2002 vehicle and wanted to keep it in relatively good shape without treating it like a collectible (which it most certainly is not). Out of all the interior shops I called, this was the only one that charged very reasonable prices, and did not focus exclusively on hot rod/collectibles. My headliner was falling off, and Dave redid the glue quickly in just 2 hours and charged a super reasonable price.

Fantastic job on the back seat of my 2015 911. Had a rip in the vinyl jump seat. Color was matched perfectly and once the material was in stock the job was done the same day. True pros, and very nice people!

Really great local business run by a crotchety old craftsman with a really nice dog. These folks are true artists, and they do good and honest work. They sewed a new vinyl window into the back of my convertible top. I was referred to them by Carlson Porsche, and their price was about half of the price that their competitor who Reitmeier referred me to wanted.
