This place is MASSIVE! But it is very clean and organized. The staff were amazing from the time I entered to when I was roaming around the place (authorized areas only) and somewhat lost to the time I wrapped up my visit! If you don't have a budget for your renovation, navigate directly to the Marble areas. They have amazing selections!

Had an appointment to pick out a slab at 1pm. Arrived at 12:50, they seemed confused and said they had to “work on our account.” Several groups of other people arrived who they helped and started working with. We were asked to wait. We sat in the waiting area until 1:35. Then finally someone came to help us. She was very helpful. Took about 7 minutes to go pick a slab.

Slabs seem good, service seems bad. Amazing variety.

Horrible quality of Beton Grey porcelain paver, 80% defect rate. Purchased two batches with the same quality issue. Multiple attempts were made and hours and hours are wasted. No meaning responses were received. They are going to keep selling the chipped porcelain pavers. Avoid Beton Grey, otherwise you will become unfortunate.

Poor management and organization of the work. Basically, they have really good exposition, but workers don’t care about the customers’ time at all! Understaffed, disinterested and insolent.
I thought that is an employee’s fault, but after all reviews on Google in the last few years, it’s obvious. It’s an omission of the management and leadership, they didn’t want to fix this problem

Horrible service for contractors who are there to pickup the materials.
I had to do it 5x in a week and every single time I went there I had to wait at least one hour even if there was no clients at all.
I just don’t understand why it happens. I see lots of employees working there but no one can bring my products.

If you’re in a rush I don’t recommend this place at all.

The floor quality of this shop is terrible! The flooring purchased in Homedepot in September 2020 will be damaged in November, and more and more places will have problems. Contact the floor company, shirk responsibility, that is the problem of installation. It's a professional master. There's no problem after the installation. It took less than two months for the problem to appear. The floor quality and service attitude of this company are extremely poor. I will find the relevant legal department to continue to investigate the responsibility of the flooring company.

I recently visited as we are looking for countertops for a kitchen and bath and I want 3cm quartzite and it is really really hard to find (3cm) in the Bay area, I have visited 6 showrooms so far and have had no luck. I did a kitchen remodel on a house 12 years ago and had no issue finding 3cms so not sure why it is so hard now. MSI was the only company to follow up with me and search in their other warehouses and ended up provide me a good option for 3cm, I appreciate the great customer service and will stick with them!

Stacey is awesome, she explained to me in detail why the Bay area is so centered on 2cm but also understood why I still hope to find 3cm. Thank you!
