I've refrained from leaving this review because I believe in giving others chances, but this has become way too much. I've now had a total of 5 terrible consecutive experiences at MSI Sun Valley. I can no longer do business with them. The communication from our sales person to the operations employees has been poor at best. No attention to detail. Each time my contractor has gone to pick up the tile there has been major gaps. It's like they don't communicate with each other. Point being, if you want quick, accurate, and easy, this is not the place for you.

Driver by the name of William pulled into the San Fernando Facility & illegally parked & clocked out for what he claimed was his mandatory lunch. When I respectfully asked him to move he became belligerent & disrespectful. William proceeded to block access to refrigerator doors & off loaded his truck all while being off the clock. William has a blatant disregard for others

I have tried for 3 weeks to reach someone at this company to let them know the tile is discoloring and NO ONE will call me back. The route their calls to India and the reps job appears to be to shoe you off so you can't speak to someone. Expensive and terrible customer service. Buy your tile elsewherewhere.

After going to great lengths to pick the perfect slab for our kitchen, massive negligence took place on the part of MSI.

The stone we put on hold was not what was eventually sold to our fabricator. How was he to know having provided them the exact skew? To our surprise when we walked in to see our new kitchen, the color and look of the counters was not what we expected. Crushed!

Upon contacting MSI they informed us our held slabs had been sold to another company AFTER the date our fabricator picked up ours. Literally how? Why did an employee provide a different stone when they were sitting in the showroom at the time of pickup? A relationship with a longtime customer that took precedence?

Overall, this cost us over 35k for corrections, construction delays and immense hassle and stress. Further MSI refuses to take accountability which means we will be hiring a lawyer and filing a claim in order to recoup the costs.

We walked into the showroom needing to decide on flooring throughout our house and new tile in three separate bathrooms. They had lots of choices and it would have been overwhelming had it not been for the staff who helped us. Dave G was so patient and helpful, answering our questions and carefully offering suggestions when needed. A great experience overall.

They don’t sell to the public but they have a great showroom, a lot of different options to look at and design tools to see how the countertop will look like installed.

Highly recommend to go if you are looking for a good countertop or tile

Showed up without an appointment, and Nancy did an amazing job taking us through all the countertop and slab options, explaining pros and cons, care requirements, even advising on color scheme. I highly recommend!!
