Wow. Wow. Wow! My grandfather's rocker had been in the rafters of a garage in Ohio for over 35 years. It was broken and the paint and finish were ruined. Just try calling around and finding people who do quality restoration these days...they've all retired! I was so happy to find Musselman's Furniture Service and boy did JR come through. Not only did he repair and refinish the chair..he also hand painted and mimicked all the artwork and gold detail! Simply did a beautiful job. Thank you! Thank you! Exceeded my expectations.

Wow! So grateful I found JR! I am so grateful to him and his wonderful service in helping me refurbish these amazing Marcel Breuer Cesca chairs. JR sanded them down, removed rust from the tubing and swapped out the vinyl. He was very patient in my decision making process and always willing to keep me in the loop with progress, send photos etc. He also was able to match original cane backs to new replacement pieces. I took in 3 pieces that belonged to my Grandmother from the late 40's or early 50's, a rocking chair and 2 end tables. The work from Musselman's is amazing! All three pieces are gorgeous and turned out better than I could have imagined. All three needed repair work and re-staining. Jr refinished 6 of our family antiques Moms table (1967), Boys Bar (1929)
Grampas Chest of Drawers (1920?), Grams Asian Chest of Drawers (1945), Grandpas Chair (1900?), and Great Grandmas Table (Late 1800's). All of the pieces are absolutely fabulous!! We have been wanting to refinish some of the pieces for 25 years, and we found a fabulous and expert craftsman!! Also, very timely with each piece and super reasonable pricing, Thank you Jr for your outstanding work.

Musselman's did an amazing job refinishing an antique oak dining set I bought in Europe. They worked incredibly quickly, and were very flexible - they let me come back several times to borrow pieces of the furniture in various finishes to decide which we liked best. When the refinish was complete they delivered and reassembled it all perfectly with the cleaned-up hardware. We were very impressed!
