Initially I was really excited about my purchase. A beautiful white dresser to match a bedroom set I had purchased a few years prior.

I decided to save a little over $100 by picking it up myself from the warehouse. When I opened the packaging/box the next morning I noticed one of the drawers of the dresser had a large yellow stain. I was really disappointed and figured it would be no problem getting a replacement.

Unable to get in touch with anyone via telephone, I decided to drive over to the Carson location and see someone in person about my problem. I was given a “customer service“ number to call. I called for three days with no answer. I left several messages and never even received a call back acknowledging my calls. Finally on the fourth day I got in touch with someone when I called again. Lisa, was very helpful and agreed that I could take the defective drawer to the showroom floor and swap it out.

After I did the swap, I brought the drawer home and discovered the white drawer from the show room floor was a different shade of white from the dresser I had just purchased - although they were the exact same dresser. Incredibly disappointing!

I immediately called customer service to correct the problem but again… no answer. I have been calling customer service for the last several days, leaving messages with no phone pick ups or responses. It feels like they may be avoiding me. Terrible customer service.

So here I am weeks later, stuck with this defective/mix matched dresser drawer (still sitting in the box in my garage because I can’t bring it in the house) and no one to help me.

The least they could have done is returned my calls and offered to swap out the entire dresser.

The staff were professional, pleasant, knowledgable about their product, and provided prompt service. They were also able to meet our last-minute request for delivery the following day, prior to our 1:00pm appointment. Excellent furniture quality.

I’ve come here a few times to purchase living room and bedroom furniture and have loved it every time! The staff is super friendly and the furniture is well made. We have now purchased two tables, two dressers, a microwave, and two couches.
We were in love with our first couch, it was so comfortable (moved and had to get rid of it unfortunately!). Our second couch has been great too and has storage space! Super reasonable pricing and the delivery went smoothly.

It has only been a month since I purchased the furniture but I want to mention that Nader's furniture employees are very friendly and helpful. The furniture delivery guys were professional as well. They delivered and set up all the furniture and cleaned up after themselves.

Customer service at the Carson store was excellent and attentive to our needs. We were able to get a convertible sofa bed with extended pull out bed which fit our budget and room perfectly. Will plan on shopping there again.

I had a pleasant experience when I was in store. I purchased a floor model which I inspected and it displayed that included the pillows. I also included the delivery service as I did not want to struggle with moving it.

My couch was left in the backyard, damaged with no pillows. The movers struggled to put it inside so decided to leave because they had a lot of other deliveries to fulfill. I have been continuously trying to call Nader's and they do not answer. The store advised that they couldn't help and I had to call their service department, but the service department only has a voicemail. I was able to get the couch inside which I don't understand why I paid for delivery fee to inside home if they wouldn't do this. Plus the movers damaged the couch leaving black stains and I never got my pillows. :/

We bought a recliner here. The price was ok and the staff was nice but the build quality of our recliner is awful. We are about 3 years into owning it and it was ready to have been thrown away about a year ago or more.
