Today a young white man named Adahy employee number 576 was rude to my father. He was very unprofessional and was a complete ahole. Other workers just let him act that way. He was just trying to exchange his car battery charger he just purchased.

Great service! I ordered an Odyssey AGM battery on napaonline.com and wanted to pick it up at the Aloha Napa. Everything went well, it was on super sale and I got an extra 5% off for joining Napa rewards, but it turns out the computers inventory was incorrect. I ended up having to go in and pay in advance to have it shipped from Tacoma but it was all worth it. I could not find an Odyssey battery anywhere local and Napaonline.com had the exact right size for my 2012 Mustang, 96R. Odyssey batteries are by far the best AGM battery you can buy, better than Optima and I was unable to find one until Napa helped me out.

Staff is super chill and knowledgeable, sometimes I just walk the aisle aimlessly, trying to get the screaming in my head to to quiet, even if just brief blissful moment. Their $5 box of wipe-all knockoff paper towels is a really great value!

Knowledgeable counter crew and quality parts. If they have to order it in, it's likely going to be there far sooner (often the same day!) as any of the other local shops.

Prices tend to be a little little higher for the name brand stuff, but I've yet to go wrong with a Napa-branded part or product.
