I recently received a California King Bed that I ordered from Nativa. The quality of the bed is amazing and their customer service was excellent. I visited Nativa over 2 months ago. A friend and I took great care to select fabric samples for one of the upholstered headboards. I picked 3 samples to have sent to me. I have never received the samples nor hear from the company. I am very disappointed.

Buyer Beware! We recently moved into a new house and have spent approximately $20,000 with Nativa and the experience has been very unpleasant due to constant miscommunications and after the fact billing surprises. We regret having done business with them and will never buy from them again
