Our overall experience with Naturwood has not been the best. They are eager to help you when you buy something but beyond that they are lacking in their customer service. Our furniture was ordered and needed to be custom made since we chose the material and color of our couches. When it was coming time for the couches to be ready I reached out to Naturwood since no one contacted me and was told they would be delivered to the store that week on Fri and once they had them they would call to schedule delivery. A couple days later I was contacted by the salesperson who sold me the couches letting me know that the couches had not been built yet and they were on back order. I then get a call the following week that my couches were in the store. When the couches were delivered one of the people who delivered them made a comment about how we could afford the couches which was very off putting. About 6 months after we had the couches we noticed that a recliner is rubbing a hole in the leather and the track is off on one of the reclining seats. We went into the store and were ignored at the desk by 2 employees then they were rude when they actually did respond. It was very much like they were bothered to have to help us. They directed us to email customer service. Our emails went unanswered.

Very expensive. Sales person rarely returned calls as promised. When making a custom order, they tell you 8 weeks to get it. Had to keep calling to see if they received it. It was actually 12 weeks. One piece of our order was incorrect. We were told it'll be another 8 weeks to get it. Was actually 13 weeks, and we had to keep checking over the phone to see if it arrived. Last call, they said it was in the store, yet they hadn't called us. They didn't offer to schedule deli ery. We had to ask. Shortly after we placed our order, they called to say our fabric house was discontinued. So we had to drive to the store to pick a new fabric. The nearest match to what we wanted was more expensive. I asked to get it at our original price because we had to drive 32 miles round trip to correct their mistake. Sales person refused to give us a break.

Don't believe the delivery time they tell you. In our cases, it was 50% longer.

Great selection, quality and prices. This couch is from an American company - Flexsteel. It is American made. Great quality.

Absolutely wonderful furniture store. All very high quality pieces for your entire home. Well-built, sturdy furniture that will last years in our home. The staff, from Robert Capron, our sales assistant to the ladies behind the desk who helped with the purchase, were all very professional and friendly. They all smiled and did what ever was necessary to finalize our purchase.
Robert was very relaxed and helpful, never pushy. We walked all over the whole entire store so my wife Kathy could find everything we needed.

I was searching for a sofa and knew what I didn’t want. I rarely come into this furniture store because they’re ridiculously expensive but I wanted to give it another chance, and was immediately reminded why I avoid coming here to begin with.

The sales rep that approached me was aggressively stalkerish. He followed me closely around the store as I tried to look at the furniture. If I moved to another section of the warehouse, there he was, always there, lurking. It felt very invading and uncomfortable. I left the store without even inquiring about anything because I wasn’t interested after this experience. I ended up buying a sofa somewhere else.

At this store, their salesmen are aggressive. Invading and just hover around shoppers. It really takes the experience away from the customer and makes them feel uncomfortable. Hopefully their management makes improvement and stops targeting customers with helicopter-sales reps.

I like to right review after something goes wrong and see what a company does to fix the problem. Simply put, my couch was dropped on delivery and took damage. Nature wood would above and beyond to take care of me and my family. They truly made a customer for life and very happy with my new couch that was re-delivered. The sales people, delivery crew and management are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this amazing family owned business.

Please notice how they respond to good reviews but not to negative ones! Go figure
They also don’t stand behind their products. Please read the sales contract, no refunds!

Naturewood has been an iconic furniture store for decades. This is a higher end furniture store-nothing cheap will ever be found here. The prices reflect the quality (at least, in our experiences). Most furniture purchased here will be in a family for years & years. The furniture covers all the rooms in a home from bedroom to living room to den to kitchen and so on. The sales staff appear to be experienced & knowledgeable. Again, nothing cheaply made or of poor quality will be found here. We appreciate the care and regard from the staff and vendors.
