In short: Paid half as much as we would have at Ashley furniture and received next day delivery. Stunning prices, service, and delivery up the stairs in the picture. Supports a small business.

In long:
Tony and Elaine helped us out over a two day period finding a sofa and accompanying love seat. We were quoted $3300 all in including delivery at Ashley furniture next door. Went into New American and they were selling an older model of the same couch we wanted at Ashley on clearance for $1300, after tax and delivery $1500 total. CUT OUR QUOTE IN HALF from Ashley for no noticeable drop in quality. Tony and his wife Elaine also chatted with us and found out we were new to the area and in an empty apartment. We bought the item on Sunday afternoon and Tony and his crew delivered it Monday at 6pm. 1 DAY DELIVERY. They delivered so quick not only because they had the item but because they knew their customer was in an empty apartment and they could change that by delivering slightly after closing time. Not saying this will happen for you because the end of week was what they told us. Under promised, over delivered.

I think this is the best furniture buying experience one can have short of them air dropping something same day into your home after 90% off.

He didn't hover or pressure us into purchasing anything but approached us when he noticed that we had questions. We ended up purchasing more than what we went to the store for. I was struggling with trying to find a new sectional that would fit inside my unit. I purchased something from Living Spaces and did not realize how over sized the sectional was and I just went through the whole stressful process of returning the item and waiting on a refund. Tony the owner for this place truly went above and beyond to get the furniture I love. I was looking for a sleigh storage bed. He right away knew what I was looking for and showed me 3 furniture brand companies booklet and directed me to exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a perfect finish and he actually opened each item and inspected it so well. Finally when my furniture got delivered it was amazing. It was great to work with Tony. I highly recommend him and plan on buying more furniture from him in the future. 5 stars for customer service, dealing with customers in a very professional and friendly manner, always picking up my phone calls, timely delivery, and with amazing staff who came to set up the furniture.
