We had a great experience working with Carlos and Teresa for our kitchen renovation. Carlos was patient and meticulous when helping us with designing the cabinet layout. He ensured that our cabinets fits perfectly and helped with ordering timely replacements when our contractor (from elsewhere) made a mistake during the installation. Teresa was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue when we realized that an additional hole is needed for the dishwasher air gap after the countertop was installed. Overall we are very happy with how our cabinets and countertops turned out!

My experience with New Century Kitchen & Bath has been truly amazing. My family and I worked with Carlos and he’s amazing. He really took the time to make sure that he was meeting our needs for our living room. We bought a console for our living room and Carlos was really meticulous with the measurement and installation process. He took the time to give us options such as the color and design that could match with our furniture. I would highly recommend working with him if you get the chance. I look forward to working with them in the future!

This place is a joke. First, they delayed my cabinet delivery after they confirmed the delivery time. Then they sent me the wrong size of the cabinet and refuse to compensate me. Later on they cancelled my countertop delivery after they confirmed the delivery date. The business owner refused to talk to me to solve problems. The designer lack of work ethic. The designer even told me I’m not the only customer make this kinds of complain. That’s probably why the owner is avoiding me. I don’t know how can this place stay in business. DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE.

I had a certain idea for how I wanted my home to look, combining mid-century modern style with a cozy feel.The team did a fantastic job redesigning my kitchen and living room, incorporating warm wood finishes, a stone fireplace, and beautiful pendant lights.They paid close attention to my thoughts and made them even better.It's not common to find a team that is both creative and works well together.

DISASTER! GO ELSEWHERE! The company was the contractor hired by Ikea to fabricate and install counters for me. First, the process took over 3 MONTHS before resolution. The order was made and paid for in early November 2022 and the problems were not resolved until Mid-February 2023.

1) They damaged my walls during the removal of the existing countertop--punching large holes in the sheetrock and then told me I had to repair their damage prior to installation of the new countertop.
2) They cancelled two appointments on the mornings of the scheduled appointments.
3) They repeatedly promised that I would be without counters for only 10 - 14 days, but it was literally 30+ Days--counters were removed on 12/10/2022 and not installed until 01/10/2023.
4) The material is beautiful, but THE INSTALLERS MISLOCATED THE DRILLOUTS FOR THE FAUCET--PLACING IT NOTICEABLY OFF-CENTER.
5) When confronted regarding the error, they first tried to say that the location was within industry standards--However, I have been both a registered professional engineer and licensed contractor for over 30 years so I am well familiar with how to address this kind of nonsense--which is NOT TRUE.
6) It then took over a month to get them to try to resolve the issue by replacing the counter--this is where the incompetence shows:
6a) They said they could replace just the middle portion of the counter by debonding the two exterior slabs and just replacing the center slab (I knew this wasn't possible, but agreed to let them try--to give them enough rope to hang themselves).
6b) When the contractor came to "replace" the central portion of the counter they literally said "no es possible" "necesitas cambiar todo." (Translation: It is not possible. You need to change everything.") They then refused to do the work and left.
6c) I called the company and told them this and they said (without ever having seen the installation) that their installers were wrong and that they would come back and do the work.
6d) I allowed their installers to come back in and they spent another 10 - 15 minutes looking at the counter and repeated the same things--IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. "We will crack/break the counter." Then then REFUSED TO DO THE WORK and left.
6e) I called the installer again and they claimed that the installers were ready to do the work, but I was refusing to allow them to do the work. (Remember, the person telling me this has NEVER BEEN TO THE PROPERTY and had NEVER SEEN the installation.
7) This matter was not finally resolved until the end of February 2023--so a countertop replacement that was promised to take 10 - 14 days took from EARLY NOVEMBER 2022 UNTIL THE END OF FEBRUARY 2023.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE OTHER COMPETENT PROFESSIONALS.
