I had a negative experience at the beginning but once I communicated that with Mike, and he took over, everything turned out to be great. He came through when he promised he would, and he went above and beyond to take care of the floor at my mom’s and my condo. He is very honest and he’s not all about making money.

I scheduled a service with them twice. They did not show up.. They apologized when it happened first... we scheduled another one for 2 weeks later. they did not come to that either.. very poor service and communication.
