Great place to buy furniture from!! The store owners are friendly and very helpful! I have previously purchased a beautiful dining table set for my mom from here and it was of the best quality. Recently my brother in law purchased a corner table and he’s loved it. I will be going back here to possibly purchase another dining table for my apartment!

I previously bought a living room and dining room set from here. I've sent approx. 3 other family members who bought as well. 1.14 25 I went in to see if my furniture could be repaired or if I needed to buy new (after the dogs ate the furniture). Nick was extremely rude, cut me off everytime I attempted to explain my situation. I asked if he could at least look at my photos to see if they can be repaired, he cut me off, again, and said no he will not look at the photos. I've never seen a "professional " business respond so rudely. The rudness was so harsh i gave up and walked out. You just lost a loyal client NICK, who was prepared to spend money today had you shut your rude mouth and heard me out.

Great experience. I was there about 20 minutes and left with a custom sized sectional on order for a great price. They said it will be ready in about 2.5 weeks. One week later it was delivered to my house. Fits perfectly.

I had been doing business with Nick and Sons for many years and was extremely satisfied with the furniture and customer service. I ranted and raved about this place and recommended that my boyfriend buy a couch. After one week the cushions became very wrinkled. I called the owner to inform him and was shocked with the poor customer service I received . He was very sarcastic and rude and accused me of exaggerating. He said it was normal wear but it should not have looked this bad in one week. I felt so bad for my boyfriend because he bought it based on my recommendation. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The minute you walk into your furniture store you feel welcomed. My daughter and I walked in for a trundle bed for my granddaughter and Jacob was so helpful. This place promises you things and doesn't deliver what they promise.
They promised me a brand new out of the box tv stand through our contract, made me show up at 5pm 4 days later for it to be assembled, get there and they play like it's "still getting built". One employee tells another employee to "go button it up" for me and the other employee was confused and didn't know what that meant, walked to the back and paced back and forth, then they tell me to go home and they'll deliver it for free for making me waste my time out of my day for making me come when it wasn't ready and there wasn't a stand, so delivering it free isn't an added bonus if I still wasted a trip to pick it up. They get here and I realize it's the floor model and they didn't even clean or dust it lol they sent it in saran wrap and new couch card board to make me think it was new. What a joke. I went back for my couch to find the floor room model was not in its location to know they "thought" they played me lol
