My $2500 cast aluminum dining set contained a chair that collapsed with my 150 pound neighbor in it last night. The aluminum leg just bent and sheared sending them to the ground. Fortunately they weren't hurt. I talked to Home Depot who sent me to Noble House customer support who told me that they warranty the product for 90 days. 90 days?! My advice is to buy a different brand and buy from Costco.

We purchased outdoor table and chair set thru Home Depot end of Dec 2023. Waited a month to put together and almost right away started to look warn. Now is totally warped and faded with splinters. Talked to company rep said only would warranty 90 days. This table has only been up for 6 months and is now junk. Shame to promote outdoor product and not stand behind it for at least a year. Will never buy product with Noble House Furnishing on it again or from Home Depot

I purchased a hanging "egg" chair for the patio from them through Lowe's. When I received the chair I received 2 of the same back piece. I thought that maybe they used the same part for both the left and right side, but when I flipped it over the radius of the top and bottom as well as the holes for connecting the pieces didn't match up. I had to make several calls to both Lowe's and Noble House before they finally assured that they would send 2 new back pieces. 2 weeks later 2 MORE OF THE SAME BACK ARRIVED. I then contacted their customer support again, and was informed that they were out of stock of that chair, but they would send me the correct part as soon as they were in stock. I took pictures of the chair and the customer service representative assured me that they would double check before shipping the part out. It took another 2 weeks before it finally shipped, then another week before it arrived. Well lo and behold, I GOT THE EXACT SAME PART! After jumping through hoops, sending pictures, having to wait a month and a half since making my first complaint, they still couldn't get it right. So now I am stuck with a chair with 5 of the same back part. Don't buy anything from this company, because they can't get a simple replacement right, even when you SEND THEM A PICTURE WITH THE EXACT PART YOU ARE MISSING. I have never left a bad review on Google, but this is ridiculous. Learn from my mistake, and never deal with this company.

Worst customer service ever!!!!
I purchased a furniture bundle in 2020 from OkiOki. They have been purchased by Noble House Furnituee. The support leg on the corner of the bed I bought striped. I called to see about getting a replacement, which is available. My warranty is expired, so they can’t send me one. Fine, but can I purchase one? No. We aren’t set up for that. Are you serious? Tough luck? That is how you run a business? Unbelievable. You might want to read your “Core Values”

We bought a fire pit with a small side table covering the tank last summer on Wayfair. The fire pit is great. It came with a cover that we used. The little table did not have a cover and after the winter, the gray paint was chipped. It got worse this summer so I called Wayfair. They said to contact Nobel House directly. We communicated via email and I sent photos. They said it was beyond the one year warranty but they were sending me a new side table anyway. They were very responsive to all emails and the customer service was beyond what I expected.

Absolutely horrible experience! I purchased a dining set through Pier 1 over a month ago; Noble House is the vendor. Received just a table! After calling Pier 1 (waste of time) I went directly to Noble House. I got the typical excuse - UPS is running behind. It took them 3 weeks to admit they LOST my benches for my dining set. Now I've been given another "tracking number"... and the same thing is happening again! Customer service refuses to pass you to a supervisor and they are "unable to expedite shipment". This is completely unsatisfactory when we're all receiving things via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon daily! Stay away at all costs!

I ordered and paid for a set of two wooden Adirondack chairs on Home Depot's website. Two weeks later I receive only one chair, although my order shows complete. I immediately call Home Depot, and they tell me that Nobel House sold out of chairs, so instead of notifying Home Depot or the customer, they simply just sent me one chair. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice? I call Nobel House on May 18, because that is around the time Home Depot said they would have more chairs. First of all, it took forever to get in touch with someone. I finally did, and the young man assured me my chair would be shipped out in 1-2 business days. This was on Monday. Friday evening I receive a call telling me that they AGAIN sold out of chairs, so I will not be receiving my order. I ask for a refund, and am of course automatically transferred to Home Depot, who then proceeds to tell me I have to dispute it with my bank. Complete waste of time and money, and horrible customer service. Go somewhere else for your furniture.

Contacted Noble House Home Furnishings after a set of outdoor lounge chairs I purchased had a defect. This happened just outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period however they worked with me and replaced the chairs! I am very impressed with their customer service.
