I ran across a page describing the design and contracting services Nomad Collective offers. As we needed such services, I gave a call. This young couple not only understood our vision, but were even able to expand on our ideas, execute them beyond any expectations, and complete the work in less than three months. Almost all the rooms in our three bedroom home - from top to bottom - were beautifully redone. The job included painting, applying wallpaper, transforming our lighting and so much more. In short, from creating gorgeous gallery walls to bookshelf-building and arranging; from inspired kitchen lighting and cabinetry, creative tile design and installation, down to the smallest details such as door pulls, we couldn't be happier or more stunned by the endless talent this team of two have. They are organized, performing the work in stages so we never felt too overwhelmed, as we were living in the house as they performed the work. We were also delighted that the project was done way under budget, allowing us to make new purchases we wanted for the home. The costs were fair and we are more than completely satisfied with the job Devin and Sarah did. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat and extend our thanks to Nomad Collective for all the services they offer and perform within their design and building umbrella.

Sarah and Devin did an absolutely incredible and beautiful job designing and building a library in our new home. We’re talking floor to ceiling custom work that spans half the width of the house and is 2 stories high. Rolling ladder and all! We cannot give enough stars to their incredible work. They gave us design options in our budget and adapted when we changed our minds along the way. They were also just absolutely wonderful to have in our home throughout the build. They’re warm, accommodating, funny, and so professional. Seriously. They get all the stars. All future jobs in our home will only be completed by these two talented treasures.
