These guys are awesome! I had a large area of carpet that was shredded by my dog, and the staff was very flexible with my work schedule, helpful in suggesting different options to accommodate my situation, and mindful of my budget and timeframe. The repair job looks great, no one would even notice the patch. Will definitely use them again!

Phenomenal service! Just moved to the area and wanted the carpet stretched before the furniture arrived. Rob came out right away and gave us an honest opinion of what we actually needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before leaving. So happy I found Phoenix Carpet Repair and delighted that the carpet looks so much better.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Northern Arizona Carpet Repair. Robert did a fantastic job and the carpet looks great! Robert did arrive about a half hour outside the scheduled window, however he made sure to call an hour or so beforehand to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive. He completed the job in about an hour. Overall, it was a positive and painless experience.

We had someone out to repair our carpets within a week of calling. Our appointment time was between 11:30-1:30 and we had someone here by 11:30. They were very professional and quick and did a great job! I was very satisfied with the work and would defiantly use them again!

This is our second time using “Brandon” with Northern Arizona Carpet Repair and Cleaning (aka Phx Carpet Repair and Cleaning). Brandon calls 30 minutes before arrival, he explains everything he is going to do thoroughly. He stretched and repaired our problem area in the office and then cleaned and raked three rooms. He did a great job and is always pleasant to converse with and I feel comfortable having him in our home. The quote over the phone and email prior to the day of service was exactly what we paid.
