They came out right away. Price was more reasonable than others. On time, professional and friendly and most important great job at removing stains. Carpets look great. They suggested 3 hours to dry but based on my experience, I’d suggest at least 6+ before putting items back in place. Overall excellent service!!!

These people are great! I have small dogs sometimes have accidents on my carpet’s. Well my Chem Dry guy is done with my house, the carpets look and smell great. I’ve been using them for years, probably 12 years. This time they cleaned an upholstered rocker and it looks beautiful. I absolutely recommend them to all my friends and to the people whom I don’t yet know!

Excellent service from the owner, Salam! He arrived on time for our appointment, was very knowledgeable on his product and very friendly! He cleaned all the carpet in our home and did a fantastic job! I will be calling him from now on for all our carpet cleaning needs! Highly reccomend his services!

I made an appointment Thursday evening. They let me know they had open availability for all week this week.

When I called to push my appointment up by 2 hours due to an emergency they told me they could not accommodate me any further today tomorrow and that I could not receive any assistance until a few days. I have tried calling since Friday to reschedule and no one has answered.
The team member tried to argue and say I should of called them?! I DID. NO one answered.

Their team needs to be on the same page about availability.

I am sure the service is great but their miscommunication about availability will force me to have to pay an extra month of rent as I will no longer be able to have my scheduled move out.

The ChemDry process is excellent. We have always used the normal carpet cleaning services and it take a full day for the carpet to dry. This was much better process and the results looked amazing. The owner is Salam Harati and he personally did the work, he confirmed the appointment the night before and arrives 10 minutes early. He is a very nice person and we will definitely use his company again.

Very friendly and easy to work with! The gentleman who cleaned the hall at our church in Kenwood, did an excellent job! All the stains came up and the area was dry within the same day. The first contact I had was with the receptionist and I found her to be unprofessional and rude. When I was asking her question she was very short and continued to tell me multiple times that I should look for another agency if I wanted the job done right the first time. She was unable to give me a quote on the cost of the job and technicians cannot come to your home and give you an estimate. I was that I would have to find out after the job was completed. I was under the impress that the job would use less water and therefore dry much quicker but I was rudely informed that it takes 5 to 6 hours to dry. Based on my first contact I would not recommend using this company because the receptionist has a poor and sarcastic before the job is done I can't image how she would be if there was an issues with the job performed. Unprofessional.
