Great customer service. I visited the showroom 10 mins before closing and Laurel and Tim were very helpful and ready to assist with my needs for very specific clips for my new home 2 inch Hunter Douglas. I have been waiting two months now for One Source to replace my poorly fitting blind. I continue to get the runaround and have been promised a call back the next day which never happened. Calling Hunter Douglas customer service was useless and they refer back to the store, One Source
I am happy to report that One Source and Jason did replace my blind and it looks beautiful.

The process of ordering and having installed the products is great but what prompted me to write this review is how quickly and painlessly the response was from OneSource to fix issues with their work. I had a wall anchor come loose on a curtain rod support, called OneSource, no discussion of warranty or feet dragging, just promptly had someone come over to fix it, and this was over 2 years after purchase. Highly recommend!

We have recently used OneSouce for two very different home projects; a custom designed closet/shelf insert and the application of a waterproof decking on a balcony off of our second-floor master bedroom. Both projects were supervised by Charly Perje, who maintained close contact and great communication with us throughout. In both instances we were totally pleased with the quality of the workmanship, the timeliness with which the jobs were accomplished, and the professionalism of the crews that did the work, not to mention pricing that we felt was extremely fair. We would not hesitate to use OneSource in the future for any work that falls in their bailiwick.
