The men who do the yards do not care or listen about just basic yard csre. They see a young woman and decide just to come for 5 to 10 minutes amd then thats it... they never shape the bushes or line the grass at all... after months of seeing if it was just them busy etc., talking to the men about the bushes etc. they cane and did some actual bush work and trimmer the talkest bushes... I had to have do something other than just cut grass. They would not even trim the edges... but then the small bushes were just very bad and never getting done...So I asked the owner and when the men came they didnt fix the bushes that needed to be trimmed. They had let them get so bad, that they said that oh thats not a bush, and looked at me like did not know what I was talking about. The men had to come an extra visit, and then started making alot of bnging noises, and were scraping the back yard stucco...so they stayed 5 to 10 min tops, did not esge the grass, so when I called the owner he had to come. He apologized and said he would come the in the next couple of days to edge amd trim bushes...So then this is the owner that came the last time...but since no one can tell when I am home, i observed, and he left the bushes the same. Since he thought no one was home, he stayed for tops 5 min, looked around and just left. This is the owner too. So I texted him right away and asked him about it. He gave me excuses, so I just kindly asked for him to come and fix the bushes or give me my money back. He said he would rather give me my half months dues back rather than come and fix the bushes. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Pictures above for reference.

Outstanding service. Contacted them and received a response within 24 hours. Spoke with Ismael on what type of service I was looking for my lawn and sprinkler system. He emailed me an estimate the next day. When they did the work, they kept in touch on what time they were arriving and the names of the guys that were going to do the work. Again outstanding service I am one happy customer. Especially when they communicate consistently.

I have been using Ortiz lawn care for few years now for lawn, sprinkler and drip irrigation systems. Their service is great and cost is reasonable. Ismael is friendly and very professional. Also he is available within reasonable amount of time whenever I needed their service. I have used other lawn care companies in the past but not satisfied with their services and never went back to them.
