*Disclaimer *
This is my personal review of the experience I received as a customer. This review does not reflect any opinion from the company I work for as I found this tailoring business, and hired to conduct business with.

I am not about slamming any business especially an independent small business. BUT, this was ONE of the worst I have EVER had the pleasure of NEVER working with again. The point-of-contact#2-Oscar was the most unprofessional, rude, and condescending person I have EVER interacted with. I told him while on the phone with him that his actions and words, will get a review. I was told to; Go ahead, it won't hurt us.". So here we are.

We have fitting room curtains that dragged on the floor. We wanted to get them washed and shortened. I have been shopping around trying to find a place that could handle the job. Although it's a fairly simple job; wash, shorten, and re-hem, a Linen/Cotton blend WITHOUT any lining, the curtains had weight.

I called the phone number provided, received a response immediately from the point-of-contact#1, sent photos via text, and was advised that Oscar would be able to come in, assess and provide me with a quote later in the day. This was Thursday November 3rd. Oscar did come, I showed him the curtains and told him that I have already premeasured, and that I needed them to be 8ft long so the curtains would be 2ft off the floor. I even wrote it on a post-it for him. He said, he needed to measure them himself so that it would be more accurate. (BTW One of the 2 curtains came back 2 inches shorter than the other.) I was also told by Oscar that same day, that they had a large team and that once I agree to their quote, they can start and have the curtains back by Mon Nov. 7 or Tues Nov. 8. (I NEVER received my quote even after I text later that day.)

I called Nov. 10 to ask about the my quote, the curtains, without a response from my work phone and another time, same day using my cellphone. Nothing. Tried calling again the 11 around 12:30pm to p-o-c#1 and even sent a text around 4pm, nothing. I finally get a call back, this time from Oscar (P-o-c#2) at 5:13pm I call back at 5:35pm due to the my store being busy and Oscar did not pick up.

The curtains were taken from my store November 3rd. On November 14th, never receiving a cost quote, even a range; the curtains were ready, as in (job was completed without notice and over a week pass Oscar's quoted time.) I was asked for $1200. According to Oscar that was a $2600 job and we were given a discount. I was shocked with the price being that, all that need to be done was to wash it, and shorten the length on fitting room curtains that are NOT lined and I still had 3 more curtains to have done. I said, that can't be right? I told Oscar that if I would received that quote, I wouldn't have went with them and found someone else. Oscar told me that If "If I wanted too, I could pay more." And I tol him that I couldn't, that's why I have been trying to ask for a quote. I had my associate go with Oscar to help him bring the curtains to the store, Oscar did not follow my associate back to the store, and instead left.

On November 15th. I sent a text to Point-of-contact #1 stating that my experience has been the best. Oscar was kind of suggestive and completing a job, when I've been asking for a cost quote and never receiving one. I get a response pretty much stating that I refused to pay Oscar, (he left!)

On November 18th, I finally get a text response from Point-of-contact #1, and he told me to pay at least $900. I requested for an invoice and whether someone was available to pick up the payment at 10:31 am. No response.

I get a call from Oscar 10:34 and again at 10:35am, was hopping out of the shower and called Oscar right back, 10:35am. Oscar said, "you can't pay $1100?" I told him it's not that I can't, it that I was trying to stay in budget and that was the reason I was asking for a quote. Oscar said that "I was a very smart business man, and knows how not pay." Condescendingly. Then stated to raising his voice, I hung up.
