Michael and his team did an absolutely amazing job bringing an aesthetically pleasing and (just as important) functional lighting to my home that is out of this world! This was indeed a worthwhile investment. He was on time, courteous and helped me to see the vision that he so easily sees when lighting a home. I never write reviews but I would be doing a disservice if I did not recognize Michael’s excellent workmanship. If you choose “Preferred Properties” then you are choosing a level of excellence that you will not easily get elsewhere...I promise you!

Mike and his crew created a truly magnificent lighting design for the wooded area being our house that we call our “sacred space.” We use it year round for fire pits, drum circles, dance parties and every new guest comments on how beautiful the lighting is. Mike spent many, many hours with us testing different schemes, coming back at night as many times as it took to try different bulb types, placements, etc. you might find a little less expensive outdoor lighting pro, but you won’t find a better one. We highly recommend him.
