I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and communication I received from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Birmingham. I absolutely love the outdoor lights they installed on my house—they give my home such a warm and inviting look.

Recently, I had an issue with one of the lights coming loose and another light that had stopped working. When I reached out, they were quick to get me on the schedule, and it took less than a week to have them come out and fix everything. Even though they were running a little late, they kept me informed the entire time, which I really appreciated.

The technician arrived yesterday, fixed the loose light, and replaced the one that had stopped working. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, and top-notch customer service really set them apart. Parker was pleasantly persistent in finding the wiring issue with our driveway lights. Even though the previous owner of our home had installed our lights, he found the disconnect in the wiring in our front yard and fixed it better than new. I had given up after trying to locate the problem for days before calling Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. Barry was nice enough to work us into their packed schedule before the weekend so our out of town company could make their way down our long driveway after dark. To top it off, they charged me less than I expected. I highly recommend this company!

Last year they put in up lighting in my yard, this year they put beautiful (and fun!) permanent LED Holiday lights on my house! So festive, so easy to operate from my phone! Worth every penny! They also decorated my trees for Christmas! They do a great job! Thanks Barry and crew!
