Very great customer service and very patient as well. Delivery went excellent, and I feel I got exactly what I paid for. The two gentlemen who dropped off my items were polite, professional, and helpful. Did their job very well in a timely manner. They were fast, and they communicated. Thanks for the great service. Even the guy inside the store was very professional and patient, as I spoke above. It was a warm evening, and they made sure I was well dehydrated and I didn't walk out empty-handed, nor do I feel I overpaid for anything, and I was happy at the end. I will be buying more items again from them

This company was difficult to work with when I bought a desk. I bought a desk for my son for Christmas. When it arrived it looked fine. I wrapped it. At Christmas we opened it, and the desk had a broken drawer face. I contacted Overstock immediately, sent pictures, and a detailed description of events. They were slow to respond. Each response came from a different representative. Eventually, they strung out the solution process so long, the window to return the desk had expired. The company refused to replace the broken drawer face or work with me on a solution due to the lapse of time. Very poor company to work with, very disappointed. I am reminded of their poor policies and service every time I see the broken drawer.

Update: Sanjay and Natalia both really went above and beyond with resolving an issue I had. (I bought too much couch for my living room). I was able to swap it for another at no extra charge for delivery, and they did it the same day! I wholeheartedly recommend them!!! -Darius

Please don’t pay any furniture from this store. This is a bad store I seen in my life. First it is one year or more than that they put everything in sale because they will close but they are big liars just they want to sell their furnitures in a very high price. Like they sold a bed on my for $2000 but it is $800 in other stores. They bring all furniture from floor like old and used. The staff are big liars and just the want to take money they do not no any thing. Please check they pictures and do not go to this shop. I paid $2100 for this bed. I furnitures broke after two three months very low quality.

Greeted right away. Salesman/?owner? let me know outright that the prices on the price tags were workable. I didn't do much haggling #1 because I'm horrible at it and #2 the price he gave me on a small sectional couch was GREAT. Cheaper than Ikea. One indecisive customer can really monopolize their attention but It looks like they have additional sales people out on the floor to help. Did my own pickup and delivery. Pick up was as promised on schedule and painless. Furniture was brand new in box and easy to assemble.

Delivered a day late. Delivered wrong mattress. Charging tax on California Recycle Fee and charging 11.00 for fee when it is a set fee of 10.50. Refused to correct the mattress exchange. He says he has been selling mattresses for 30 years, more like ripping people off for 30 years. There is definitely funny business going on here!
