Our carpet was super janky from kids and a dog who was staying with us temporarily. It was covered in dog urine and feces, mud tracks, and stains from spilling soda all over the floor. These guys tho.... they came in and got our carpet is so clean and so fresh. Our whole house looks better and newer even. They spent extra time and care to make sure they did an A+ job. Although, there were a few spots that wouldn't come out, 99.9% of the jank was removed. They stepped up to the task and were upfront about what would and would not come out of the carpet before they started. They even left us with some of their very own Oxifresh spot remover. Thanks guys. We are actually breathing better now and I'm not scared to sit on the floor.
