Spoke to Devin over the phone for a replacement part. Was informed that they had the part in stock at their Stockton distribution center. Was told that I could purchase the part over the phone than drive to their distribution center to pick my part up. When I was transferred over to the payment center was told that I couldn't pay over the phone and that I would have to drive to their main store to pay in person. Informed the payment center that Devin instructed me to pay here. The lady I spoke to was confused stating that they couldn't help with this payment. Tried to call Devin back and he "stepped out". This company will waste your time and don't have the courtesy to even apologize for their mistakes. No character.

Drivers try to avoid this place. They don’t care if you have an appointment or not. It’s more like fcfs and still don’t unload you for at least 3-4 hours minimum. Time waste here.

I come in here all the time to deliver pipe. How come they just can’t get you unloaded. Takes 2 hours plus. They just disappear. The other pace stores get you in and out asap. Come on you guys. Step it up !!!
