We were doing a kitchen remodel and as the kitchen is a part of our great room, we wanted to work with a designer who could incorporate the kitchen cabinet colors with countertops, back splash, tile in our bar area, furniture, flooring, window coverings, board and batten wall in our bedroom and paint color. PDG came highly recommended as did their designer - Heidi Butcher. We knew we would enjoy working with Heidi after our first phone call. As with most projects, the list of what needed to be done grew. We were so happy to have Heidi's guidance along this journey. Our guests are blown away when they see the transformation to our home! We are now in the middle of a remodel for the primary suite bathroom. We love Heidi's recommendations and it is coming along beautifully! It complements our primary bedroom perfectly! PDG and Heidi have been such a pleasure to work with. We can recommend them without hesitation! Thank you PDG and especially Heidi for all your help! Couldn't have done it without you!

After working with Pacific Design Group for years now, following many years of working with designers in the extremely high end custom residential industry, I can exuberantly say that the PDG team is among the best in the field I currently manage the construction of multi-family town-home complexes, and we always use PDG for (among other things) our clubhouse facility design considerations and fulfillment, where impeccable taste and appointments are critical. We were building a new vacation home in South lake Tahoe, so I contacted the company. They said they have lots of lines of different furniture that we can order from. I specifically mentioned I needed the couch by July 1 and ordered it sometime in October or November and end up not coming until September 1 and they assured me it was going to be sturdy and comfortable. She mentioned that it was top of the line for couches. both tons of the couch are wobbly and look like they’re just stapled onto the end. I’ve had many RH couches in. This one is far from comfortable. It is stiff and hard. we ordered custom dressers and nightstands, and the wood on them are already chipping. I brought this to their attention, and they said they would reach out to the vendor. The outcome was that they would send me some paint. I still never received any paint, but I thought it was a very unprofessional response. this is a vacation home. We have used the home probably five times since the furniture was delivered and it’s already chipping? After all the furniture was delivered I got a large bill for the design time. This was something that was never discussed ahead of time, and I never signed anything or agree to it, but I paid it anyway to keep peace. I have purchased lots of things from RH and if there’s ever a problem they return it and they are very prompt. Very disappointed in this company. Be aware!

They have helped me create a beautiful and warm home that reflects my personality. I’m just beginning another phase of redecorating and look forward to their help! I contacted this place since I had a home project in mind. I didn't give them my budget upfront because you know how it goes with construction field. They hardly ever stay on budget. So, I almost never tell them my real budget. Then they said, "Some people don't take small projects, but we don't care." That was the guest red flag to me. If you didn't care why would you even bring it up? Then, I received a cancellation call on the last minute. When I called to reschedule, then, they really start talking about money and money only! I was under the impression that they were trying to make it sound like this was a place that I couldn't afford or something. I was able to reschedule my appointment. But, then, I cancelled on them. I don't know how other people are. But I work hard for my money and I care how I spend my money and especially who I give my money to! I would not give my money to a money hungry person. I'm glad that I didn't tell them what my real budget was and most importantly, I'm glad I didn't start a project with them.

Yes, it was your company. I always make it a point to note the companies that I've dealt with especially in this industry. I always make it a point to make a referral and/or write a review. If you say you don't think it was your company, you better find that guy that I've talked to because we talked more than once and it was under your company name and #.
