I feel so LUCKY that I shopped here. I originally ordered a mattress from Macy's, but they informed me it would be 8+ days late, so I cancelled that order. My friend recommended Palace Furniture as I could select a mattress same day and get it delivered much quicker than Macy's. I worked with Morena and she was very pleasant, helpful and knows the merchandise well. I am super picky and ended up buying a great high quality mattress with box spring for a good price, very nice headboard for $300 and a super cool coffee table for $199 and LOVE everything. Plus the staff that delivered it put it all together and it was SO EASY and a GREAT EXPERIENCE plus A DEAL!

Latoya and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. They have a variety of Bedroom Furniture sets, Kid's Furniture, coffee tables, Mirrors and also sofabeds of different styles on 3 floors.

The delivery was flawless, as the guys put it together, set it up and I am so happy in my new place thanks to Palace Furniture.

Bob was very helpful and spent much time with my husband and I as we picked out a recliner. Then, we came back 2 weeks later, and picked out a bed, a chest of drawers, and an entertainment center. Both times, we had the pleasure of working with Bob. He told us what was good quality, and backed it up with histories of the companies of the items we were considering. The delivery and setup were timely and efficient. What Bob said was good quality, is, indeed, good quality. The furniture is solidly built, and comes with a long-lasting warranty. The experience we had at Palace Furniture was one of expert knowledge on the products. Add to that, a salesman being willing to answer all our questions, and who didn’t rush us. If anyone is looking for well-built furniture at very reasonable prices, then you'll want to stop in for a visit. There's something very peaceful about making the right decision on such a big investment, and we had the pleasure of walking out knowing we did just that.

Okay So I spoke to a very professional guy on the phone. So I got excited to come by. However it was the total opposite when I arrived. Some lady was so busy trying to pocket watch me encouraging to pay cash as if my credit wouldn’t allow me to finance. And then she decided that my questions weren’t worth her time so she took a call mid sentence and walked away. I WOULD NEVER TREAT ANYONE THE WAY I WAS TREATED. But the guy would have gotten my business cash or Finance.

I went in this evening to purchase a queen size mattress set. The owner was really friendly & personable. He gave me a much needed discount & had my mattresses delivered before he closed. The employees are knowledgeable & courteous. I will definitely return to check out a sofa recliner in the near future. A+++ 5 STAR Service
