*I purchased from Pampa Furniture Inc, Dolores you are very familiar with me and my order. This review is real and very accurate.

Every potential customer should read the many reviews for this company, all have the same theme; POOR QUALITY and TERRIBLE customer service. I am a three time customer of Pampa. I received poor quality and defective furniture sold by Alec, I have been attempting to resolve with them ever since. They refuse to make it right.
Dolores, the owner ā€œunder oathā€ in court looked a judge in the face and told him she tried to resolve the matter with me.

Heres the amazing part, prior to court I have NEVER met the woman and never communicated with her in any way. Never spoke to her, texted or emailed her. This is how far she and Alec will go to defend their lies. It’s unbelievable. Let the pictures tell any potential customer the real story here. There are many more photos of the defects.

Emails and visits to the store to speak to Alec, Ive offered for someone from Pampa to come inspect the couch and rug. THEY REFUSED. When they contacted me MONTHS later, I did refuse because they told me that a lawsuit or bad review wouldn’t affect their business and that they could only restuff the already defective cushions. They cant be fixed. They pretend they don’t understand.

Clearly they are reading my reviews yet continue to claim they have no idea what’s wrong. The solution is simple-make new cushions. They refused that too. They claim this is about money yet they have always had a FREE option-make new cushions.

The cushions are crooked, each one different-lumpy and bumpy, frame is uneven. The finishing is terrible. I’ve included some pics below. The rug I purchased SHEDS worse than any dog yet Alec claims this is all ā€œnormalā€. These items are defective.

Their customer service person Karina/Karen made excuses why they couldn’t deliver, they refused to commit to any particular day or time. They held my fully paid furniture hostage for 3 weeks. Some of the excuses the customer service liar Karen/Karina gave me was the delivery truck broke down, suddenly the delivery driver quit, they have to borrow a truck from an employee, on and on! When I asked to speak to a manager she claimed there was nooone above her, when I asked to speak to the owner, Dolores Caffaro, she claimed she was on permanent vacation. Unreal!

I was so fed up with the lies that I had to go talk to Alec in person to get my items delivered. He told me he knew how horrible customer service is but there is ā€œnothing he can do about itā€ unless I emailed the company. I did email. Turns out the email goes to Alec!

IMO they are dishonest and don’t stand behind their ā€œcustomā€ work, they are nice up until you pay. To sum this business up with Alec’s own words, ā€œwe have been in business 33 years and a complaint or lawsuit wont affect our businessā€.

Alec and Dolores pretends they doesn’t understand the issue, yet offered in court to restuff the cushions. You cant restuff defective fabric! I offered a compromise-make new cushions. They refused.

They purposely request cash/check. Why? Because then you can’t dispute it with your credit card. If you read other reviews of this business, I find them to be very accurate of what you will likely experience.

Their reply here is an absolute LIE. I complained upon delivery. They have dragged this on for a YEAR. They know me and my order, they responded on google, via yelp, BBB complaint and court on 3 dates. Yet they falsely claim they ā€œdon’t have an order in my name.ā€ Stop claiming this review is false. It’s 100% real and my real experience.

The stuff is falling apart continuously so the issues have gotten worse. The wool rug sheds like crazy. Their dishonesty and poor quality IMO is just despicable. They are very busy responding to my reviews yet haven’t taken any time to correct their defective furniture.

Please don’t let these folks fool you!

Ordered an absolutely stunning bed from Pampa! 5/5 stars throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend. I looked at the bed in store, hand picked the finish I wanted, and spoke to the owner who has great taste and was very helpful. 5 weeks later my built to order bed was ready! Delivery team super professional and assembled the bed. The quality is 10x better than anything you’d order from a CB2/Crate Barrel/West Elm and I love that it’s built here in LA. Will definitely be back.

Great experience with Martin. Ordered a cloud 5 piece sectional a month before moving into our new place.

Delivery went smoothly AND the delivery team noticed a tear in one of the sectional pieces which we did not notice. They called right after (without our prompt) and let us know the replacement piece would be replaced the following day. Very honest and efficient.

Will be returning for more furniture at this store. Great pieces and prices.

Pampas made me custom made sofa, they asked for 6400$. Before purchasing I asked the question that most concern me, if the cushions are washable, and the sale rep said I can wash them and put them in the dryer. I washed the cushions in my washer, made it hand wash and put them outside to dry, the cushions start ripping apart one after the other.
I called the store, spoke to the manager, she said it’s my problem, and the cushions are not washable. I explained her that the sale rep clearly state that the sofa is washable. I emailed the manager the pictures of the rips, she did not replay. it was about 6 month ago, since than I called at list 5 times, and went in person to the store 4 times. No one wants to help , or to replay to this problem.
I had to hire a lawyer to take care of this case.
I would not recommend this store to anyone, selling very low quality for very high price, and when problem comes up they ignore you completely.
Shame on this store, stay away!!!!

This company is far to make something appropriate! They are mess, rude especially the sells person Alex. He will million promises but never will follow any of them! The furniture does t have quality at all! Even they will delivery after long delay not polished and agley something and will lie that was exactly what you want! I ordered a table which first time came wrong size and stile, then came wrong color and even not finished! They think if it’s not showing it can be not polished and a glue! It’s 8 month I am fighting and they always pretending they are surprised and don’t understand what is the problem! Even after all they are so rude in conversation! I never will advise to go this store! If you lost your mind or want so, it’s the place you can go! It’s a shame

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a custom couch based on the "expertise" of the store representative. I was VERY clear what my goals were and he designed the sofa and told me the dimensions that would meet my needs. I trusted him as the expert and paid all of the upcharges to so I could get the couch I desired. I even questioned the dimensions when he told me but I was assured he was the expert and I would get the sofa I desired.

When the sofa arrived it was not at all what we discussed and when contacting to resolve I was called names and bullied. I had witnesses there to verify the goals and this man called me a liar and continued to harass me with abusive behavior. Zero resolution was provided. NEVER again will I shop or refer business to Pampa (which I had done often). I was convinced to spend almost $3K on a custom sofa that did not arrive as I wanted. And both me and ,my decorator were verbally abused.

STAY AWAY FROM PAMPA! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
