I walked in today with a picture of a small screw to replace a missing one from a light fixture for my friend, and not only was the person that initially helped me very helpful, but he went into the back and spoke to someone and was able to find something to work for us.
It was completely simple, painless, and so fantastic of them to do that for us. I really appreciate them and wanted to make sure that others had a good experience as well..
I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend them for anyone looking for the smallest thing to the most beautiful light fixture.

This place is amazing! Beautiful pieces everywhere. Lots of doors, hardware, and lighting. The staff is also super helpful. I was very excited to get a beautiful door for a project I was working on, and honestly very reasonably priced. Some of the items are on the pricier side (door knobs/handles and lighting for example), but let's be clear they're all solid and built to last. So worth it in my opinion.

The person I spoke to here was rude and condescending. I asked a simple question -- why do they have prices posted on some items and not on others? She (I assume the manager) said something like 'because we have millions of items' (and I guess it would be too hard to put a price on everything?), in a manner suggested that she thought I was stupid for not simply realizing that. First off, 'millions'? Do they understand the concept of numbers? Don't flatter yourself. Plus, Home Depot is at least five times the size of this place and they manage to put a price on everything just fine. First time, last time. Bye.

Great place to find antiques from lamps to doorknobs, unique wooden door with beautiful carvings that belong to old Victorian, Spanish, Mediterranean homes at a fraction of the price, Just need some TLC! They give the opportunity to people to reuse ♻️ accepting donated antiques too!
