Here is a store where customer satisfaction is their number one concern. Dean in incredible, he puts the customer first and makes sure that whatever you order is to your complete satisfaction. They repaired my Tiffany lamp above and beyond any of my expectations, and returned it to me in a perfect state. Dean knows his business well and will not disappoint you. This is a store where you will be treated correctly, even in these times when profit is more important than the customer. Not with Dean! Go see for yourself, worth the visit!

I have been coming to Pasadena Lighting since at least 2007, perhaps even 2003. I have never had a bad experience here. Whether it is purchasing new fixtures, fixing older fixtures from other places, or helping with the conversion from incandescent, halogen, etc. to LED, they are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend Pasadena Lighting.

Incredible service from Dean; very knowledgable, helpful, and kind! Highly recommend if you are looking for specialty bulbs or need a lamp fixed. I used to go to Lamps Clinic in San Marino and this was a much, much better experience.
