They are the top-of-the line and if you’re looking for the highest quality of product and installation, I highly recommend Lutron and Pasolumination. We were incredibly pleased, and surprised, to have found a business in our area that carried Lutron.

Let’s talk about the product. You can read a lot about the product and company online but it’s great to have a custom recommendation as provided by the owner, Kevin. He’s very knowledgeable and considers the orientation of your home in providing his recommendation on the fabrics and colors to consider as they relate to other materials in your home. We had many options to choose from and his recommendations helped guide us towards a few samples to spend time with in our home to make sure we liked them for different rooms, different times of day, etc. He did his own measurements of all windows so that we could be assured everything would be perfect once the hardware and shades arrived.

Once we chose the fabric and materials we wanted, we placed the order. Kevin updated us frequently on the shipping date and when we could plan the installation.

On the day of installation, he and his team arrived and they were very professional, quiet and left the place exactly as when they arrived. They tested to make sure the automation worked perfectly on all windows and set up the app that would control everything (another cool feature that allows you to set-up schedules for the shades based on time of day, etc.) You would have thought when they left that that would have been the end of our interactions but Kevin made a point to check-in to make sure everything was working perfectly and to answer any questions we had.
