I purchased an expensive outdoor teak table and 8 chairs June 30,2020 from the San Rafael store. They delivered the table and chairs a couple weeks after I ordered them. So I was thrilled. Two weeks after we got the table we noticed it is warping, a lot! I contacted the store in San Rafael they said they could not help me it had to go through their warranty dept in Hayward. I immediately filed a claim, with pictures on 7/31/20 and I have heard nothing from them. I have sent emails and all I get is were waiting to hear back from them. I have called their number the San Rafael store gave me. No one answers and no one returns my phone calls. I would never purchase anything else from this store as there is NO customer service if something goes wrong.

We loved our patio furniture when we bought it but beware if something goes wrong ! Our Ramsay chairs have literally fallen apart. We submitted a warranty claim as recommended by the San Rafael manager, Cheri Sweet. It has been one month and we still have not gotten a response. There is no number to call or contact as no one really knows where their furniture is made. We're told they're overseas somewhere. Regardless, this is the worst customer service we have ever had and Patio World stores won't step up and honor their product. Will definitely not be patronizing this store !!!

We dropped in last week and were welcomed by Sarah Price. Very friendly and certainly knew her products. She was very through answering our many questions. I highly recommend her and the great very impressive store.

I highly discourage purchases from this retailer. I spent $400 on chaise cushions in March 2016. Despite taking great care of the items, the cushions are severely torn and unusable after just 18 months. I have called twice and have been told to file a warranty claim. Still awaiting the warranty claim form….

This is "the" place in Patio Furniture. My husband and I have been looking for a patio set and fire pit for a few months. We have scoured the internet and decided to go to Patio World. I've got to say, the furniture here which is designed in France for Patio World is gorgeous. I am pretty much ruined for the cheap stuff. Cheri, was very sweet and helpful. She is a great addition to the store and I can't imagine it without her. I love this place!

This was our second visit. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. They even ordered extra fabric samples from the manufacturer for us. Wonderful product lines in the store! A pleasant experience.

Awful service. The person we originally dealt with, Victoria, ordered from the wrong manufacturer. We lost over one week while she had to place a new order. We received a call that the order had come in to the warehouse and we could pick it up on Monday. We came in on Tuesday to pick it up. Nobody knows where it is. Victoria is out for 2 days. The staff is clueless but the charge has already gone through our credit card.

1. They stated it was in stock when purchased & we did not receive it until 2 weeks later.

2. Requested delivery 12-3 - Zero respect or courtesy call to let us know that they had put us “last” on the delivery route.

3. Delivery person calls at 2:30 stating they won’t be at our stop until 3:30 AFTER we waited all afternoon.

4. Called delivery person to express my dissatisfaction & she hung up on me - because I used “God Damn” out of our frustration.
