I work with PBM on my projects. They have a large showroom in Mountain View with many displays. After choosing the stone you like, you can contact the yard that has that stone directly, as they don't sell stones from the Mountain View showroom. I usually go to the Santa Clara yard to place my orders. All the team members are willing to help, and I often work with Jorge. His stone knowledge is great, and he follows up on orders. I appreciate working with him and his colleagues.

This is a complaint against your employee Santa Clara PBM. customer service is pathetic. Does not return calls or emails , worst part not knowledgeable at all and made me run around Sent me to Redwood City shop. I had to call multiple times to order tiles . I asked for synthetic grass price, called three times never came back with details. You don't care for business I guid

We went there looking for stepping stones. We found many types of stone, pavers and some interesting stone corner pieces. This is a good place to visit before planning your yard remodel. But they didn't have any stepping stones for us.
